What to expect

When patients first join Modyfi they can choose to meet with a therapist, psychiatric provider, or nutritionist. To meet with a nutritionist patients must first meet with a psychiatric provider, even if just the one time. If desired or recommended the patient can work with multiple providers at Modyfi in achieving one or more goals. For example, someone treating PTSD may see their therapist weekly and their psychiatric provider monthly in addition to nutrition services as needed. After booking their first appointment, patients can use the MyCarePlan app to easily communicate with their providers and the clinic, schedule appointments, record goals, and track progress.
